# Community Conversation on Overdose Prevention

On September 26, 2024, at Transfer Food Hall in Raleigh, NC the community gathered to discuss the overdose crisis in Wake County, highlight the signs of an overdose and how to use naloxone, emphasize the importance of reducing stigma around substance use, and offer a chance to assess naloxone needs within the community. This was a great event and proved to be very informative to everyone who attended! Our chemist Erin and others spoke at the event 🤗
